Front Deck Dry Rot

More getting ready for the house appraisal. A couple months ago (was it really that long?), I found some dry rot in a couple of the beams in the front deck. This has caused it to dip slightly in a corner, since the wood has degraded so much. I've decided to rip out part of the front decking, cut out the rotted wood headers, replace the beams, and rebuild most of the front deck steps. Since we're sick of the white lattice, I'm going to re-wrap the deck front with cedar. I've got very little time to finish the whole thing since the appraisal is happening in the next 2 weeks.
