Hop Harvest Finishes

The drying happened a lot sooner than I had thought it would so it was time to get out and finish this thing. I ended up covered with bitter yellow oil which smelled like what I would imagine a place like heaven would smell like. I ended up with a Trader Joes paper bag full of hops, measuring just short of 1 pound. I can't wait to use them.
