Hop Harvest Finishes - Photos

I would clip off a section like this and begin work on plucking off every hop flower.


The little yellow dots at the base of each petal are tiny oil sacs filled with that wonderful bitter flavor and aroma that the hop is known for. That's the whole point of harvesting hops.
