The Wait Continues

Apparently, New Egg took their sweet, sweet time before shipping the order for my new fancy-ass laptop.  It didn't get picked up by UPS until yesterday 7/24.  With 3-day shipping, that places it in my hands no sooner than this Friday.  This is good to know, because every time the UPS truck has pulled up outside the office so far this week, I've sprung up and run to the door with hope that it was packages for me.  Not content to sit idly wondering when it was scheduled for, I broke in to our accountant's office, found the P.O., and photocopied the order sheet for looking up tracking numbers on the intertubes.  Huzzah!

Billy finishes taking his lawyer bar exam today.  It has been many years in the making of his lawyerdom, all culminating at this one exam.  We're all meeting up at the famous Horse Brass Pub after work today to toast this fantastic achievement.  Cheers, and nice going, Billy!
