Gray House - White Trim

Getting ready to buy means getting ready to sell. The list of stuff we need to do is long, but we're slowly getting it all knocked out. The guys we hired to come out and paint the house started on Friday morning. It's all going from blue to gray. We're doing our best to keep the traditional look of the cape cod style house and colors.

Anyway, our list is long and my dad came in to town for the weekend to help us get a few more things done which will make us that much closer to selling. My dad is a workhorse and I just did my best just to keep up. We cut down large sections of trees, dug and replaced post holes for the fence, poured cement, cut and hauled brush, repaired foundation, and fixed trim. A ridiculous amount of projects got done this weekend and the painters worked through the weekend as well to have the job nearly finished.

The hunt for the perfect house in Portland continues. We're still driving by places and learning the neighborhoods while our agent keeps us updated with the latest places on the market. It's all very stressful and exciting.
