No Misfats This Weekend

I'm seriously bummed out about missing the Misfats show this weekend.  It looks to be drawing quite the heap of publicity around here.  I mean, who WOULDN'T want to see the Misfats playing with Mini KISS and We've Got The Meat??  Tell me.  Who?  Nobody.  That's who.  That show is going to rule.  Me?  I'm going to be at a wedding.  Hooray!

Apparently I am the emcee at my brother Mikel's wedding this weekend up in Long Beach.  I don't really know what I'm supposed to be doing as emcee, but I think it means I get to make fart noises with the microphone.  I suspect he made me emcee at the reception to keep me from getting liquored up and causing a scene.  Well, if that's the case, he's got a suprise coming.

Only a few minutes before the work whistle rings, so I'm just killing some time.  Taking the day off work tomorrow for the 3-day supra-extended weekend.
