Return Of The Jeep

I got a call from the Portland Police just minutes ago telling me they recovered my Jeep in Delta Park this morning.  According to them, it "appears drivable" but doesn't have any plates on it.  It has since been towed to a local impound and I need to go pay the towing charges for it to be released.  Nice, huh?  So, I get to go out there today and figure out how much damage has been done to my ride.

Best case scenario here is I get to pay the towing & storage fees, buy new plates for it, and hope I can at least drive it home.  "What have you been doing for the past 3 weeks?  You're a ride whore!"  It all makes me want to go get really stinking drunk and yell at random people who might be the ones that stole my damn Jeep.  I might even curse the ranks of Portland's finest for idly sitting on their collective thumbs until the Jeep got itself towed.  I'm positive there's nothing else they could do, but there must be a target for my slobbering drunk curse-capade.  Who's with me?  Screw you!  You're the one who stole it, didn't you?!?
