Felida House : SOLD!
It went on the market Wednesday (8/16) and sold on Friday (8/18). The inspection was completed on Saturday, and that came back really well with very little to fix. 3 days on the market. It was a "squeaky" clean offer, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Now it's just a matter of moving. We're hiring a moving company to move everything while we tell them what a great job they're doing. There is still no official move in date, but it will be right around the week of September 10th - 16th. Plenty of stuff going on right around that time. Violet and I are taking a short business/pleasure trip to Vegas, Mia starts at her new school, we close on our sweet Vantucky home, Mt. Angel Oktoberfest, and the list goes on.
Miss Cannon Gray Craft turns 2 today. Happy Birthday, Cannon! Pirate party this weekend. Arrr!
